ProProfs, a Santa Monica, CA-based provider of employee learning and development solutions, acquired PeopleGoal, a Los Angeles, CA-based performance management software company.
The amount of the deal was not discoed.
The acquisition will expand ProProfs’ offerings beyond online learning and training to encompass a holistic approach to human resource management.
Founded in 2014 by Nikolaos Lygkonis and James Strickland, PeopleGoal provides HR software allowing custom workflows and helping businesses worldwide streamline performance reviews, enhance employee engagement, and drive productivity gains.
Led by CEO Sameer Bhatia, ProProfs is a cloud-based SaaS company that hosts over 1,000,000 pages of content in 70+ languages and is a platform for online training and assessment with a library of professional tests and quizzes. Its products include online training, quiz, survey, knowledge base, live chat, project management, CRM, and more. It empowers users to work better, get smarter employees, and create happier customers.
