Sendcloud, an Eindhoven, the Netherlands-based provider of a shipping platform for e-commerce, acquired Lox, a Rotterdam, the Netherlands-based company which specializes in delivery issue management.
The amount of thew deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will further enhance Sendcloud’s mission to solve shipping globally by addressing challenges faced by online businesses: the cost and complexity of managing delivery issues.
Led by Dylan Hirsch, Lox provides a delivery issue management solution that allows to manage and streamline the delivery issue process across multiple carriers to deliver a better customer experience while saving time and money. With Lox, clients will have full visibility over delivery issues operations, automated workflows to handle claims efficiently, and detailed analytics to hold carriers accountable. It is used by major brands like Vestiaire Collective, Fairphone and Dafy Moto to automate both the detection and resolution of delivery issues.
Led by CEO Rob van den Heuvel, Sendcloud provides a complete shipping platform for e-commerce enabling retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies to scale their operations and deliver enhanced shipping experiences.
