NEURA Robotics, a Metzingen, Germany-based cognitive and humanoid robotics company, raised €120M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Lingotto Investment Management, with participation from BlueCrest Capital Management, Volvo Cars Tech Fund, InterAlpen Partners, Vsquared Ventures, HV Capital, Delta Electronics, C4 Ventures, L-Bank, founder David Reger, and others.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO David Reger, NEURA Robotics is a company expanding the cognitive capabilities of robots and make advances in a variety of areas to bring robots and humans closer together, making many areas of work more attractive, creative, and social again.
More than 180 team members from over 30 countries are working on advanced technologies in the fields of environmental perception, drive and control technology, material science, mechanical design, and artificial intelligence.
