Overhaul, an Austin, TX-based supply chain risk management and intelligence company, raised $55M in equity funding.

The round was led by Springcoast Partners with participation from existing investors Edison Partners and Americo. As part of the investment, Chris Dederick and Holger Staude from Springcoast will join Overhaul’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to:

  • advance its AI-driven capabilities,
  • enhance its customer value, and
  • pursue its strategic M&A.

Led by CEO Barry Conlon, Overhaul specializes in active supply chain risk management and intelligence. It protects shippers and 3PLs from in-transit cargo delays, damage, theft, and spoilage through advanced software and monitoring solutions. With 7 global monitoring control towers strategically located worldwide, it offers continuous cargo protection and immediate, proactive responses to threats. The company maintains a direct partnership with law enforcement agencies, ensuring rapid recovery and intervention in the event of theft.

Used by enterprises, Overhaul serves industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, logistics, retail, and food and beverage, with clients such as Microsoft, Bristol Myers Squibb, Dyson, and CEVA Logistics.
