RocketPhone, a London, UK-based provider of a voice processing system, raised $10.5M in Funding.

Backers were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development of its platform.

Co-founded by CEO Muj Choudhury and Sam Gillingham, RocketPhone is a provider of an enterprise voice processing system for the Salesforce ecosystem. It taps into customer and sales conversations, records key identifiers for follow up activity and automates actions from the intelligence garnered. Its native-AI is customisable to fit each company’s needs.

RocketPhone optimises customer service and sales by analysing conversations in real-time, recording key identifiers for follow up activity and automating actions from the intelligence garnered.

RocketPhone.ai is months away from announcing the release of its video analysis tool, bringing video channels like Zoom and Microsoft Teams the same functionality as voice. The upcoming technology will analyse facial and body expressions to accurately gauge engagement and distraction.

This comes as RocketPhone.ai announces the appointment of Michael Wooldridge, Ashall Professor of the Foundations of Artificial Intelligence at University of Oxford, to its advisory board. Other advisors include Niluka Ratnayake, Iliana Paskova, Diane Groell, Yui Ho (Chris) Lui, Kristian Flyvolm and Zeeshan Feroz.
