Auditoria.AI, a San Jose, CA-based company which specializes in agentic AI for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), raised $38M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Innovius Capital with participation from Dell Technologies Capital, Sentinel Global, and existing investors including Venrock, NeoTribe Ventures, Engineering Capital, and KPMG Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth, drive better product innovation, and expand its global market reach.
