Drata, a San Diego, CA-based provider of a trust management platform, acquired SafeBase, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a trust center solution for the enterprise.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition is intended to integrate both companies’ shared vision of being the go-to “trust layer” between companies, driving relationships with a comprehensive trust management platform.
Founded in 2020 by CEO Al Yang and CTO Adar Arnon, SafeBase provides an enterprise grade trust center platform designed for friction-free security reviews. It automates the inbound security review process enabling companies to proactively and transparently communicate their security and trust posture. The solution is used by companies like OpenAI, Wiz, LinkedIn, Asana, and Jamf choose.
