Gracie Point Holdings, a NYC-based provider of life insurance finance, raised its fifth capital raise of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by funds advised by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., and Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd.
The company intends to use the funds to strengthen its balance sheet and fund growth.
Led by CEO Harish Raghavan, Gracie Point combines insurance, financing and loan servicing expertise in the advisory marketplace. It serves affluent, high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients by working with agents and brokers.
With offices in New York, Toronto and Hong Kong, it can support client needs throughout North America and Asia.
This is Gracie Point’s fifth capital raise since inception.
