Smarsh, a Portland, OR-based communications data and intelligence company, acquired CallCabinet, a Boca Raton, FL-based company which specializes in cloud-native compliance call recording and analytics technology.

The combined offering will enhance the established compliant call recording and AI-powered analytics market, delivering operational efficiencies and business intelligence to organizations across industries.
