Valid, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-enabled ad agency improving digital advertising, raised $5.5M in Seed funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $7.3M, was led by Canaan Partners. Neo, J Ventures, and strategic investors, including Steve Huffman and Scott Banister, also participated.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate research and development, expand its customer base, and hire engineering, AI, and marketing talent.

By leveraging AI, it enables businesses of all sizes to achieve scalable, cost-effective advertising results without relying on traditional agency models. Since its launch, the company has already helped revenues for mobile apps, B2B SaaS companies, and e-commerce brands, including Aragon AI, Julius AI, TapTapSend, and Fuelin.
