Aracor AI, a Miami, FL-based artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions company, raised $4.5M in Pre-Seed funding.
The round – announced in February 2025, was led by Fuel Venture Capital and Maggie Vo.
The company intends to use the funds to:
- Enhance Product Development: expand its Secure Language Model™, improve AI capabilities for holistic document analysis, and roll out new features used to enterprise legal teams.
- Expand Market Reach: target strategic growth opportunities in international markets and deepen penetration in private equity and VC sectors.
- Scale Operations: invest in team expansion, particularly in engineering, sales, and customer success, to support demand from enterprise clients.
- Bolster Security: Consolidate its position in enterprise-grade data protection with ongoing enhancements to its framework.
Led by Katya Fisher, Founder and CEO, Aracor AI uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline workflows, drive business success, to review corporate documents and enhance the deal process. By combining AI-powered tools for comprehensive contract review, holistic analysis across large document sets, and document workflows, the company improves the workflow of in-house legal teams, particularly in high-growth sectors like private equity, venture capital, and technology.
Early adopters include a PE & VC funds, and SaaS companies in the US and abroad.
