The round was led by StageDotO with participation from existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its 2025 expansion, encompassing enhanced global data capabilities, support for new asset classes, and the advancement of straight-through processing (STP) solutions to improve operational efficiency across the industry.
Led by CEO Greg Ingram, Capital Markets Gateway (CMG) is a financial technology platform that connects sell-side firms and the buy side to provide workflow efficiencies throughout the entire equity capital markets (ECM) offering process. Its data intelligence solutions provide real-time offering information, historical data and a single system of record for firm-wide deal activity and compliance.
The system is currently used by more than 21 investment banks and 135 asset managers representing over $40 trillion in AUM.
