Carr’s Hill Partners Raises $210M For Its Debut Fund

Carr’s Hill Capital Partners Management, a New Orleans, LO-based private equity firm dedicated to growing family- and founder-owned businesses in the industrial and infrastructure services sectors, announced the final closing of Carr’s Hill Fund I, at $210M.

Raised in approximately nine months, Fund I received support from existing investors, and new institutional investors, including endowments, insurance companies, fund-of-funds, asset managers, family offices, founders, and executives across North America.

Founded in 2019 by Managing Partner, H. David de Lauréal, Carr’s Hill will deploy capital into family- and founder-led companies, generally ranging from $5M to $15M of EBITDA, in the industrial and infrastructure services sectors, leveraging the partners’ regional expertise and hands-on approach to drive sustainable growth.

The firm’s investment approach centers on the Gulf Coast’s distinctive ecosystem, targeting companies with fundamentals and potential in industries critical to the region’s and broader U.S. economy.
