Crusoe, a NYC-based integrated AI infrastructure provider, received a $225M credit facility.

The financing was led by Upper90 Capital Management with participation from Columbia Investment Management Corporation, FS Investments, King Street Capital Management, Liberty Mutual Investments, and ORIX USA.

The company intends to use the funds for the purchase of NVIDIA GPUs and supporting cloud infrastructure.

Led by CEO Chase Lochmiller, Crusoe provides a solution for AI infrastructure by harnessing large-scale clean energy, building AI-optimized data centers, and empowering builders to reach their AI potential.

The raise followed a $600M Series D funding announced in December.
