doinstruct, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of a compliance platform for frontline worker training, raised €16.5M in Series A funding.

The round was led by HV Capital with participation from existing investors including Creandum, HTGF, D11Z and others, bringing the total amount to €26M.

The company intends to use the funds to further expand its offering across key European markets.

Led by CEO Charlotte Rothert, and CPO Mona Feder, doinstruct provides an AI-powered training platform for frontline workers, enabling companies to achieve their compliance and operational targets. The platform automatically identifies risks, generates documentation, and delivers bitesized training content in workers’ native languages – all without requiring app downloads, passwords, or email addresses.

The platform automatically handles documentation and training in over 25 languages, enabling companies like Do&Co, Wiesenhof, Voelkel, Schmitz Feuerwehrtechnik, and Echterhoff to safely integrate international workers while maintaining compliance standards.
