Founded by Michael Wang, Inspiren provides a connected ecosystem in senior living. Its integrated solutions fit into existing workflows, capturing everything happening within a community.

Key components of the Inspiren ecosystem include:

  • Care level planning and billing: Tracks care delivery and analyzes resident health data to inform operational and clinical decisions. Inspiren’s clinical team assesses both community-wide and individual resident insights, including care utilization, behavioral trends and staff activity to drive proactive care planning.
  • Resident Safety: Uses AI to detect fall risks, identify high-risk residents and provide actionable recommendations for preventative care. Care teams can review incidents and gain clearer insights to make more informed decisions, leading to fewer unnecessary hospital visits.
  • Advanced emergency call system: Features two-way voice communication, privacy-protected live visual context and alerts for immediate caregiver response.
  • Workforce optimization: Streamlines staff workflows and enhances triage with live visual context, giving care teams more capacity to improve response times and spend more time with residents, enhancing both safety and trust. On average, communities are able to reduce response times to 90 seconds.
