Level Equity Management, a NYC-based lower middle market private investment firm, closed its most recent growth equity funds, Level Equity Growth Partners VI, L.P., and Level Equity Opportunities Fund 2025, L.P.
The funds closed at their collective cap of $1.4 Billion, up from $1.125 Billion in their 2021 vintage equity funds.
Level will continue to follow the same strategy employed since inception – identifying and partnering with high growth, capital efficient, software businesses – pursuing both minority and majority investments. Level has invested in its ability to actively assist founders and managers at various stages of scale through to liquidity with portfolio operations support from its in-house value creation team, NextLevel Operations.
Led by CEO Ben Levin, Level Equity is a lower middle market private investment firm focused on providing capital to rapidly growing software and technology-enabled businesses. It provides long-term capital across various transaction types in support of continued growth.
The firm has raised over $4.5 Billion in committed capital for their closed funds and co-investments, and has made over 125 investments since its inception.
