Madison Scientific, a Chicago, IL-based private medical device company, raised $7M in Seed funding.
The round was led by WARF Ventures, the Isthmus Project, and others with participation from family offices and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its team, expand preclinical testing, and advance prototype development of its SmartShunt™ Hydrocephalus Management System.
