Mundimoto, a Barcelona, Spain-based provider of a motorcycle trading and renting platform, raised $21.1M in funding.

Specifically, the financing round included €8.1M in equity, complemented by €13M in bank financing from Santander Consumer Finance, Banco Sabadell, and La Caixa.

The equity round was led by Orilla Asset Management, and Endeavor with participation from Autotech Ventures, P101, and Mutua Madrileña. Other notable additions to the company’s cap table include Ok Ventures, the venture capital division of OK Group led by Othman Ktiri, and Pablo Fernández, founder and CEO of Clidrive and co-founder of Clicars, a car trading company acquired by Stellantis Group in 2022.

The capital raised will also be used to expand Mundimoto’s operations in Italy. The debt will primarily be used to finance its increased stock dedicated to renting.

Led by CEO and Founder Pepe Talavera, Mundimoto rents a wide range of vehicles through a transparent, effective and accessible to all acquisition and cross-support process.

The company has already sold more than 50,000 motorcycles.
