Retym, a Cupertino, CA-based semiconductor firm, raised $75M in Series D funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $180M, was led by Spark Capital with participation from existing investors Kleiner Perkins, Mayfield and Fidelity Investments. With the investment, James Kuklinski, General Partner at Spark Capital, joins Retym’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to scale production and product development advancements.
Led by CEO and Founder Vlad Kozlov, Retym specializes in programmable coherent DSP (digital signal processing) solutions for cloud and AI infrastructure, a foundational technology that enables transmission within and between AI data centers.
