TCP Analytical, a Charlotte, NC-based integrated manufacturer and distributor of consumable products to life sciences and general industrial markets, received an investment from Audax Strategical Capital and others.
Riverarch, SilverMill, The Hillman Company, Lacy Diversified, PPM America, and other co-investors also committed incremental capital to TCP. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for future M&A and organic growth initiatives.
