UiPath (NYSE: PATH), a NYC-based enterprise automation and AI software company, acquired Peak, a Manchester, UK-based AI-native company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Peak will further enhance the UiPath agentic automation platform.
