Allurity, a Stockholm, Sweden-based cybersecurity services group, acquired Onevinn, a Göteborg, Sweden-based company specializing in intelligent security and managed services, from Haven Cyber Technologies.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition of Onevinn will support Allurity’s growth, enhancing its ability to deliver solutions for organizations to navigate in a complex threat landscape.
Led by Claes Kruse, Founder and CEO, Onevinn is an AI tech-driven cybersecurity provider. It is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner specializing in security, modern work, and cloud infrastructure, and a member of the microsoft intelligent security association (MISA). Built on Microsoft technology, its services support organizations around the world to navigate cyber threats, combining strategic expertise with managed services to enhance protection.
