San Francisco-based Cloudflare (NYSE: NET) acquired Outerbase, a remote developer database company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will improve the Cloudflare’s global network.
Led by Brandon Strittmatter, Outerbase leverages Cloudflare Workers to make it easy for the technology to rapidly be incorporated directly into Durable Objects, D1 and Cloudflare’s Agents SDK to provide interfaces and frameworks to interact with data and build database-dependent applications.
Led by Matthew Prince, co-founder and CEO, Cloudflare provides cloud-native products and developer tools for organization to gain the control they need to work, develop, and accelerate their business.
