SentinelOne Secures $70m in Series C Funding

SentinelOne_logoSentinelOne, a Palo Alto, California-based cybersecurity company, secured $70m in Series C funding.

The round was led by Redpoint Ventures with participation from Sound Ventures, Third Point Ventures, Data Collective, Granite Hill Capital Partners, Westly Group and SineWave Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Tom Dyal, a partner at Redpoint Ventures, joined SentinelOne’s board of directors.

The company, which has raised more than $110m to date, plans to use the capital to expand its sales and marketing efforts and continue to invest in research and development initiatives.

Led by Tomer Weingarten, co-founder and CEO, SentinelOne delivers real-time endpoint threat prevention, detection and response powered by machine learning, dynamic behavior analysis and and intelligent automation.
The platform – supported on Windows, MacOS and Linux – enables organizations to detect malicious behavior across multiple vectors, eliminate threats with integrated response capabilities, and adapt their defenses against the most advanced cyber attacks.
