PreparedHealth Raises $4M in Funding

PreparedHealth, a Chicago, IL-based healthcare software startup, raised $4m in funding.

The round was led by Chicago Ventures with participation from Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Beverly Capital and Meridian Street Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its software and expand adoption in five to seven markets.

Led by CEO Ashish Shah and David Coyle in 2015, PreparedHealth is working to create a network to deliver care at home by activating the entire care ecosystem. Its enTouch™ aims to enable enables evidence-based care transitions, real-time updates and communication, awareness across care providers, and patients and family caregivers.
