ServiceMax, a Pleasanton, California-based developer of a suite of cloud-based, collaborative and mobile field service applications, closed a $14m Series C funding.
The round was led by Mayfield Fund, with participation from existing investors Trinity Ventures, Emergence Capital and salesforce.com.
This investment brings the total amount raised by the company to date to $26m.
Built on the Force.com cloud platform, ServiceMax provides organizations of all sizes with collaborative and mobile field service applications featuring advanced scheduling & workforce optimization, inventory & parts logistics and service contract management.
The company’s solutions are also available for iPad.
Customers include large enterprises such as DuPont, Electrolux and Pentair, and smaller companies such as Everyday Wireless and Advanta Clean.
ServiceMax is led by CEO Dave Yarnold.
