Apptegy, a Little Rock, Arkansas-based provider of a digital framework for schools, received a $5.7m strategic growth investment.
Five Elms Capital made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its product offerings and accelerate sales and marketing efforts.
Launched in 2015 and led by CEO Jeston George, Apptegy provides Thrillshare, a digital framework that enables allows school districts to manage all digital interactions with their audience across the diverse set of devices and social networks. With each partner district, Apptegy builds a custom mobile app and website that integrates with Thrillshare, giving school leaders a single tool to manage communication.
