Cloudbeds, a San Diego, CA-based provider of hospitality management software for independent properties, completed an over $9m Series B financing.
The round, which brought total investment to date to $20m, was led by PeakSpan Capital, with participation from Nashville Capital, Cultivation Capital, ClearVision Equity, and TTCER Partners.
The company is using to continue to expand operations globally.
Founded in late 2012 and led by Adam Harris, CEO, and Richard Castle, President and COO,Cloudbeds develops software for independent property owners and operators (hotels, hostels, inns, beds and breakfasts, campgrounds, vacation rentals, and more) which features property management, channel management, and a commission-free booking engine. By offering everything in one software suite, In addition to offering a full software suite, the Cloudbeds channel manager, myallocator, is a popular standalone channel management solution used by thousands of properties.
The company now has 102 employees worldwide with offices in San Diego, São Paulo, and Dublin and services tens of thousands of properties in 120+ countries.
