Veggie Noodle Co., an Austin, Texas-based food brand, received an investment from Encore Consumer Capital.
The financial terms of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to further enhance their national presence.
Founded by Mason Arnold in 2015, VNC is a food brand whose products (organic sweet potato spirals, zucchini spirals, butternet spirals, beet spirals butternet veggiccine, and sweer potato hash) are distributed from a single store in Austin, Texas, to more than 1800 stores in around 40 states, including major retailers like Whole Foods, Kroger, and Target.
Encore Consumer Capital is a private equity firm that invests exclusively in leading consumer products companies.
