Connexin Software, Inc. dba Office Practicum, a Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based provider of electronic health record and practice management software, received an investment from Pamlico Capital.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. As a result of the investment, Bluff Point Associates is exiting Office Practicum.
Led by Gregory H. Anderson, CEO, Office Practicum is a provider of electronic health record and practice management software for use in ambulatory primary care settings. Since 1992, the OP solution has been delivered to over four thousand pediatricians across 48 states and the Caribbean, ranging from solo providers to enterprise groups.
The company maintains primary offices in suburban Philadelphia, Cleveland and central California.
