Templafy, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of template management for any office platform and any device, raised $17.2m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Insight Venture Partners with participation from Dawn Capital, Seed Capital, Preben Damgaard and other private investors. In conjunction with the funding, Jonathan Rosenbaum and Teddie Wardi from Insight Venture Partners will join Templafy’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth plan, which includes scaling operations, and expanding its product and integrations offering.
