KA Elektronik AB, an Åtvidaberg, Sweden-based contract manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical equipment, has received a venture capital investment of undisclosed amount.
Backers include Almi Invest and and three local investors.
The proceeds from the financing will be used to increase sales and expand into the Nordic region and internationally.
Founded 20 years ago by Christer Gustavsson and led by CEO Thomas Lundell, KA Elektronik manufactures electronics and electro mechanics from prototyping to series production.
In 2010, the company had a turnover of SEK70m.
