Keystone Academic Solutions, an Oslo, Norway-based leader in international student recruitment serving universities and colleges globally, received an unidsclosed investment from Viking Venture, a business to business software as a service investor (B2B SaaS).
With the deal, Viking has acquired 20% of the Keystone. In conjunction with the investment, Erik Hagen, managing partner in Viking Venture, joined the board of the company.
Led by Mr. Linus Murphy, Keystone Academic Solutions provides higher education marketing, recruitment, and student enrollment services trading under several specialized brands with Masterstudies.com as the most important.
The company, which recorded a revenue of NOK 107m in 2017 and is growing at a rate of 30% year on year, serves more than 2000 customers globally, with a particular presence among American universities and colleges.
