Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, a San Francisco, CA-based fintech company developing flat-fee small business retirement plans, closed a $19m Series D funding.
The round was led by existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to buildout Paradigm RKS(™).
Led by Chad Parks, Founder and CEO, Ubiquity provides Paradigm RKS, a proprietary, automated recordkeeping system designed to support affordable retirement plans for the historically underserved small business market.
Built and housed entirely in the cloud, Paradigm will soon be available for licensing on a business process outsourcing (BPO) and Software as a Service (SaaS) basis to third-party administrators, recordkeepers and financial institutions that want to serve the small business retirement plan market, but don’t yet have the infrastructure in place to do so, or are burdened with legacy systems and processes.
