FullStory, an Atlanta, GA-based software company focused on providing companies with tools to understand and improve digital customer experiences, closed a $32m Series C funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $57m, was led by Stripes, with participation from Dell Technologies Capital, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Kleiner Perkins, and Salesforce Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Ron Shah, partner at Stripes, joins the FullStory board of directors. Creighton Hicks, partner at Dell Technologies Capital, joins as an observer to the board.
The company intends to use the funds to:
– continue to scale sales and marketing, and
– evolve its digital experience analytics platform into an engine for digital intelligence.
Founded in 2014 by Scott Voigt, CEO, and former Google engineers, FullStory provides product management, software development, marketing, and customer support and success teams at consumer brands and SaaS companies globally with digital intelligence platform to understand and transform the customer experience online.
