P. Lemmens Company, a Gembloux, Belgium-based developer and producer of ventilation and air handling units, recently received an investment of undisclosed amount from Waterland Private Equity Investments.
The company intends to use the financial means to pursue its growth strategy. Following the investment, the existing management will continue to lead P. Lemmens Company.
Incorporated in 1977, the company is a Belgium’s leading player in the development and production of mid-sized ventilation and air handling units for the non-residential segment of the construction market. All products are today equipped with TAC technology (“Total Airflow Control” intelligent ventilation), going from simple ventilation units to complex air handling units with heat recovery.
P. Lemmens, which is active in the European market, employs a team of 50 people and achieves an annual turnover of €28,5m.
