Centercode, a Laguna Hills, CA-based provider of end-to-end Customer Validation software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to global B2C and B2B enterprises, closed on a growth equity investment led by NY-based private equity firm Argentum.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Michael Ulliman, a Principal at Argentum, will join Centercode’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate the growth of its SaaS and managed services offerings.
Led by CEO and co-founder Luke Freiler, Centercode is a provider of SaaS customer validation software and managed services for companies to build products by leveraging feedback from real users testing the products in the real world before release.
The company provides the platform, services, a pre-qualified and diverse network of over 235,000 testers and framework to develop and scale Alpha, Beta and Delta customer feedback programs.
