Duda, a Palo Alto, California-based web design platform for digital agencies and SaaS platforms, raised a $25m growth equity round.
Susquehanna Growth Equity made the investment in a round that brings the total amount raised to date to $50m.
Noa Wolfson, Investor at SGE, joined the company’s Board of Directors in conjunction with the investment.
The financing will be used to accelerate sales and marketing efforts and continue growing the R&D team based in Israel.
Led by Itai Sadan, Co-Founder and CEO, and Amir Glatt, Co-Founder and CTO, Duda provides a building platform that enables professional designers and digital agencies to effectively collaborate both internally and with their customers and lower web design cost. Additionally, it gives a white-label solution for SaaS companies to offer web design capabilities integrated with their technology for SMB customers.
The company is working with a number of SaaS companies across multiple industries, including hotel and property management, fashion and beauty, CRM and digital marketing.
Over 6,000 web professionals have used its platform to build over 560,000 websites.
