The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition enables Clover Wireless to expand its full-service lifecycle management and asset recovery solutions for OEMs, retailers, carriers, insurance providers and enterprise businesses of all sizes.

The company offers a comprehensive services portfolio that includes returns management, repair and reclamation services, and customized trade-in and buyback programs. .

Led by Sean Michaels, Co-Founder and President, MaxBack provides individuals and corporations a solution for buying or selling used devices such as cell phones, tablets, Apple watches, wearables and fitness trackers. Through an online portal, customers get a free quote and can sell their device for cash or choose from an extensive selection of certified pre-owned devices.
