Pathlight, a San Francisco, CA-based day-to-day team management platform provider, raised $7m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Kleiner Perkins.
The company, which has raised $10m to date, intends to use the funds to expand to expand product development, marketing, and sales.
Founded by serial entrepreneurs Alex Kvamme and Trey Doig, Pathlight provides a platform that combines real-time performance intelligence with coaching, and communication tools in a single platform that visualizes goals, metrics, and historical trends. The system, which integrates with sources like Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk is powered by AI-powered algorithms that generate daily intelligent health digests, in natural language summary, to describe how a team or an individual is performing so managers know exactly where to focus. Additionally, Pathlight’s built-in coaching and communications tools allow managers to scale their coaching and development, regardless of their team’s location.
The startup is already supporting worldwide users for enterprise companies.
