Clearwater Analytics, a Boise, Idaho-based SaaS provider of investment accounting and analytics solutions, received an investment of undisclosed amount.
Backers included Permira, Warburg Pincus, Dragoneer Investment Group and Durable Capital. Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), which first invested inĀ ClearwaterĀ in 2016, will remain the company’s majority shareholder, andĀ Sandeep SahaiĀ will continue asĀ Clearwater’sĀ Chief Executive Officer.
The new investor group will furtherĀ the company’s organic growth.
