Evinced, an Palo Alto, CA-based accessibility software company specializing in providing automation to enterprise developers, raised $17m in Series A funding.

The round was co-led by M12, BGV, and Capital One Ventures with participation from seed investor Engineering Capital. 

The funding will be used to accelerate the launch of the company’s suite of products and services aimed to solve this challenge.

Founded in 2018 by CEO Navin Thadani, Evinced is a web accessibility software company focused on providing accessibility automation to enterprise developers by going beyond legacy static/syntax analysis. Built with advanced rule-sets, computer vision and AI algorithms, the solution automatically detects and pinpoints accessibility problems and suggests fixes. Enterprises use Evinced to weave accessibility into their software development process – including design, development, automated testing and production/compliance monitoring.
