Yotpo Raises $230M In Series F Funding; Valued at $1.4 Billion

Yotpo, a NYC-based provider of an eCommerce marketing platform, raised $230m in Series F funding at a 1.4 billion valuation.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Tiger Global,  with participation from existing investors Claltech Investment, Coin Ventures, Hanaco, Vertex Ventures, Vintage Investment Partners, among others.

The company intends to use the funds to double its product and R&D team to accelerate the rollout of its full platform experience, doing the work of connecting its products.

Led by Tomer Tagrin, CEO & Cofounder, Yotpo provides an eCommerce marketing platform designed to give brands the ability to gain and retain customers through the integration of data-driven solutions for Loyalty, SMS Marketing, Reviews, and more.

The company now serves over 30,000 customers including Patagonia, Revolution Beauty, Brooklinen, Steve Madden and Princess Polly and has crossed the $100m annual recurring revenue (ARR) threshold.
