Asapp, Inc., a New York based artificial intelligence-driven Customer Experience Performance (CXP) company, raised $120m in Series C financing.
The round, which brought total funding to $400m and the valuation to $1.6 billion, was led by new investors Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC and Dragoneer with participation from existing investors John Doerr, March Capital, Emergence Capital, Euclidean Capital, HOF Capital, Telstra Ventures and 40 North Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Jason Green, founder of Emergence Capital, joined the Asapp board.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to increase investment in its platform.
Led by Gustavo Sapoznik, founder and CEO, and Tim Stone, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Asapp provides an AI Native, Customer Experience Performance (CXP) platform, which allows global enterprise customers to drive differentiated customer experiences, revenue, cost reductions and automation designed to support employees in customer service and sales.
The company has offices in New York, Silicon Valley, Buenos Aires, London, and Bozeman.
