Spruce, a New York-based provider of an online residential closing technology platform, raised $60M in Series C funding.
The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $110m, was led by Zigg Capital with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners and Scale Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its reach and further develop its platform.
Founded by Andrew Weisgall and Patrick Burns in 2016, Spruce provides lenders, real estate investors, and proptech companies with nationwide title insurance, closing, escrow, and recording services through proprietary technology and centralized teams.
