Bowery Valutation Raises $35M in Series B Funding

Bowery Valutation, a New York-based technology-enabled commercial real estate appraisal company, raised $35M in Series B funding.

The round, which brought total funding to date to $66m, was led by Growth Equity business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management with participation from Capital One Ventures and existing investors Builders VC, Fika Ventures, Navitas Capital, Camber Creek, Nine Four Ventures, Greenspring Associates, and Alpaca VC. In conjunction with the funding, Jade Mandel, Vice President in the Growth Equity business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, will be joining the board of directors at Bowery.

The company intends to use the funds to grow its product, design, and engineering teams and further bolster its appraisal technology platform.

Led by Co-CEOs Noah Isaacs and John Meadows, and CTO Cesar Devers, Bowery Valuation is a technology-enabled commercial real estate appraisal company with a presence in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia/Central Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and South Florida.
