Insight Partners, a global software investor, closed its twelfth flagship fund, along with a dedicated co-invest fund that will participate in certain investments alongside the flagship fund, to invest in global high-growth technology, software and Internet businesses.
Fund XII closed with total capital commitments in excess of $20 billion. The closing of this new fundraise brings Insight Partners’ regulatory assets under management to over $90B. The fundraise received support from both long-standing and notable new investors. Collectively, Insight’s employees remain the largest investor in the fundraise.
