London, Birmingham and Manchester-based ISIS Equity Partners has held the final close of its latest institutional fund, ISIS V, at £360m.
ISIS V has a globally diversified investor base with Limited Partners including insurance companies, fund of funds, family offices and pension funds from the UK, Europe, the US and Asia committing to the fund. Two thirds of Limited Partners in ISIS IV re-committed to the ISIS V fund.
The fund will focus on investing in UK growth equity or buyout transactions of UK-based companies with enterprise values of between £20m and £75m (http://www.isisep.com/our-portfolio/).
Pete Clarke, Liz Jones, Paul Morris and Daniel Smith will join the seven existing partners who currently lead ISIS (http://www.isisep.com/our-people/).
