Peek, a NYC-based leasing enablement platform that virtualizes communities, completed a $2.5 million seed round of financing, bringing the total fundraised amount to $4M.

The round was led by GFA Venture Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to expand both in-person and virtual capabilities of its leasing enablement platform and develop advanced data offerings around its existing Prospect Match analytics.

Co-Founders Austin Lo and Chris Kostoulas, Peek provides a platform for real estate professionals to target, engage and build trust with qualified prospects, a tool for prospective renters in the decision-making phase of their search. Using a full suite of leasing-enablement tools, including 3D tours of every unit and amenity in a residential community, data analytics, and integrations with PMS and ILS platforms, Peek has grown to serve a portfolio of over 150,000 units, with property managers like Greystar, Brookfield, and Toll Brothers leveraging the platform.
